With Windies loosing to Lankans today the rest of the World Cup thriller is just an open script now, like the indian "reality show" Big Boss.

Aussies, RSA, Lankans and Kiwis go to the semis ...

semi 1 - Aussies beat kiwis by a margin

semi 2 - Lankans will be butchered by the Africans

And the mighty final will see the clash between the Ricky Persians and the Smith's Spartans

but this time the Spartans arent 300 but just 11 and i am sure they gonna crush the Aussies.

Lets root for the Smith and Co.

Italy deserved the win, although we were rooting for Germany. The most exiting match of WC06 plus we deserved it after shelling those bucks and a nightout.

Although i am gonna support Deutschland till the finals but Samba Magicians will always be the first choice for the Cup and Ronaldo for the Golden Boot, let see how many more we have yet to see and whats gonna be the finally tally (current Ronaldo 3 - Klose 5).

NEW DELHI, Oct 7: Sania Mirza stormed into the semifinal of the USD 170,000 AIG Japan Open Tennis Championship today after upsetting the top seed Vera Zvonareva of Russia in a three-setter.

Sania, seeded eight, fought her way back after losing the first set 5-7 against the 22-ranked Russian to wrap up the next two 6-2 6-4.

She will now meet the winner of the quarter final contest between third seed Tatiana Golovin of France and Japan's Ai Sugiyama, seeded fifth.
